I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots.

A Wonderful Stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa 🌴🌊 I recently had the chance to stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly impressive in every way. If you’re looking for privacy, relaxation, and warm hospitality, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Special thanks to K. Micky at reception, who gave excellent recommendations, and to K. Fah, the yoga instructor who led open-air yoga sessions every morning with a stunning sea view and fresh breeze. The life service team also helped me enjoy activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, while every staff member I met was professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The room met the high Pullman standard — spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and fresh every day. I loved the separated bathroom and shower areas, the thoughtful layout, the work desk, and the private balcony for relaxation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. The view here is incredible. Since the hotel has its own private beach, it’s peaceful and not crowded. I woke up to beautiful sunrises over the white sand and could easily walk into the sea, go kayaking, or paddle boarding. During high tide, you can swim right at the beach, and when the tide is low, it’s perfect for a peaceful walk while watching the crabs and enjoying the sea breeze. For swimming, the resort also has a nice pool that opens early in the morning. And just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Panwa Beach Viewpoint or even visit the Phuket Aquarium nearby. The hotel offers many activities: shuttle buses to Phuket Town on two routes, outdoor beach activities, and even a movie night for kids. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was excellent too — a wide selection, tasty dishes, and great value. Overall, this was one of the most refreshing and recharging stays I’ve ever had. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with friends, Pullman Phuket Panwa is a perfect choice. 💙 Highly recommended!

The hotel is at a nice beach but not connected to any other bars at the beach. The beach has no other restaurant or bars. It is quiet and perfect place to relax. No nightlife at all. A massage and pharmacy is direct across the street and some restaurants. We just stayed one night as planned.

Номера подуставшие, но большие, завтрак отличный, большой минус это отливы в море. НО, есть 2 бассейна, их не убирают. Кто-то разбил стакан, дочь чуть не порезала руку, осколки насколько могли собрали, но мелкие остались. И это в бассейне где дети! Трубочки плавали вечером и с утра.

實話實説。酒店環境，風景都不錯。沙灘也不錯，海水很漂亮。適合孩子。但是酒店的服務，真的要避雷。訂之前，我有看過評論，不少人也説到白人優先的評論。怪自己不重視。訂了兩個房間兩個晚上。首先，辦理入住很久。當天中午一點前到，説是要三點才能辦理。正常能理解。等到三點，説是還沒好。讓我們可以先外出遊玩，回來就可以拿房。外出回來已經晚上九點多，辦理的時候仍然等了半個多小時。並且給的不是同一棟樓，不是尾房，就是一樓。我們訂的海景房。同一天，我看比我們晚到的白人，早就辦理好入住了。我不知道為什麼我們那麼晚。第二天，我們的是含晚餐。晚上五點半去到餐廳，告知不能入座。當時餐廳已經有人在吃飯，有幾張空桌子。但是告訴我們都被預訂了。但是從辦理入住到去餐廳之前，沒有任何人告知我們是需要預訂的。好，沒關係，既然這樣我們就坐其他位置。那天下雨，我們坐的室外泳池邊。問題是，六點入座直到七點半，我們吃完飯，那幾張所謂被預訂的桌子也一直沒人坐。我不懂如果説別人預訂的是八點，那我五點半來，是不是也可以讓我們先坐呢？國人較少。都是白人居多。基本都是白人優先。感覺被歧視了。不會有下次

I have stayed at Pullman Hotels many times in different cities. This one was surprisingly me that 50% of staff was not friendly. The location was very quiet, peaceful, very clean hotels. The beach was very nice and clean. Lots of children. Breakfast was fantastic. Thank you for your service.

無與倫比的體驗，我認為這個酒店哪裡都很好，但是必須住海景的才物超所值，比較適合那些喜歡躺酒店的人，如果每天要出門的話就會有點不方便。

很棒的酒店，雖然不是很大但是法式小細節挺多我們訂了half board，本以為晚飯會是敷衍的套餐，沒想到是可以有兩個餐廳選擇，一個是全日餐廳，每天晚上是不同國家的buffet，週五這晚的法蘭西主題很不錯；另一個選擇是泰餐廳，我們忘記預訂座位還好室內還有空座，如果有下次，一定預訂室外的，吹著海風太舒服，菜品是set menu前菜主菜和甜品，每一道都有很多選擇，滿滿儀式感這片海域很平靜，漲潮適合泡在海里或者借免費的槳板或者皮划艇玩；退潮後可以走到很遠很遠，灘塗上的驚喜太多了健身房不大但是品種算很全了，也是我去過那麼多酒店健身房，唯一一個還提供免費水果的房間最滿意的是衣帽間和衞生間的格局酒店對馬路就有很多按摩店和小餐館，還可以美甲編辮子，走十分鐘有個蠻大的7-11，非常方便

入住這家酒店，簡直是一場超乎想象的美妙體驗！海灣的寧靜超出了我們的期待，孩子在這裡盡享歡樂時光。清晨，當第一縷陽光灑在海灣，整個世界彷彿都被溫柔籠罩。孩子在沙灘上奔跑嬉戲，完全沉浸在這片無垠的自然樂園中。午後，我們躺在沙灘椅上，海風輕拂，翻閲著喜愛的書籍，聽著海浪輕拍沙灘的聲音，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。而退潮時，更是驚喜連連！沙灘上出現了許多可愛的海星和寄居蟹，孩子興奮地彎下腰，小心翼翼地把它們捧在手心，眼睛裡滿是新奇與喜悅。這些小生命為我們的度假之旅增添了一份別樣的樂趣，也讓孩子親近自然、感受生命的奇妙。

這個房型不是方正的，感覺並沒有比海景房好。另外特別需要注意的是，泰國好像習慣給中國人安排不好的房間，要麼很遠、要麼很偏或角落，甚至出現降級安排房型。這次在普吉時間比較長，住了5家酒店，這種情況很普遍，也很令人生氣。總體來説，酒店價格性價比算高的。但是服務和衞生不好。
